••• Objectives

•	to provide access for micro and small enterprises in urban and rural regions to credit and banks;
•	to give consultancy support to Ukrainian banks with a view to promoting the designated target groups;
•	to create sustainable micro and small lending facilities in Ukrainian commercial banks;
•	to create a 'best practice' bank that targets the financial needs of MSEs. Therefore the ProCredit Bank was founded in December 2000.
