fashion clothes boutique (Kyiv).
Mr. Dragomirov, the owner of the boutique “Fillpucci”, started his business in 1991 by selling clothes at local markets in Kyiv. Mr. Dragomirov received his first “express” loan in the amount of UAH 25,000 from Kreditprombank in 2004. “I still can’t believe I received a loan without collateral. This was the first time I had ever applied for a loan. It is good to know that the bank regards you as a partner.”
In the framework of the credit line in the amount of USD 40,000 granted by the bank in September 2005, the entrepreneur received three tranches in September 2005 and March and May 2006 for the purpose of opening another two outlets in shopping centres in Kyiv and expanding the range of goods in all his outlets. Thanks to his perfect repayment record and the stable development of his business, Mr. Dragomirov’s credit line limit was increased to USD 100,000. Three tranches, received in the framework of this credit line in November 2006 and May and July 2007, were used by Mr. Dragomirov to expand the range of goods, to open another trading outlet in the centre of Kyiv, and to finance advertising. Today Mr. Dragomirov has six trading outlets in shopping centres and markets throughout Kyiv. In all, Mr. Dragomirov has received USD 145,000 from Kreditprombank.
